Patience

When we think now patience is over and react to the actions by others, we are overburdened by the past. The person living every moment, don't have memory of past, so will never loose patience.

If we are holding our anger just because of teachings about anger then it is very dangerous. Approaching in scientific way, if anger is bad and we are holding it inside then it is same like we feel vomiting but holding inside instead of spitting out. Constant efforts of holding agner can cause cancer.

When we vomit we try to avoid such food, which cause the vomiting. That will help us to avoid such incident. Same we have to find the cause of the anger, that will help us to be peace. In root cause of all anger there is something happened which we don't like. Now make the list of things which we don't like and we do it or we have to pass through it, we have no choice to alter such things.

Like, we are not the richest person on the planet, we would like to be but we cannot and live the whole life with consolation or compromise. Like we don't want to be sick, but we do. We would like to wake up early but we cannot. We would like to stand first in schools, colleges, everywhere, but we cannot. 

We would like to sleep whole day but we cannot. We would like take a break and sit on mountains, on seashores for hours and hous but we cannot. We don't like to do mistakes, but we do over the life. 

We never learn that things are not under our control, even for ourselves. Then how we can control others to do as we want.

Living every moment, accepting as what happened is the key to peace. Patience is  just outcome of the whole process.

hapiness is just acceptance of presence...

Osho Says: "It is said that a French prince visited a jail. In honor of the royal guest, the prison warden offered to release any prisoner the prince might designate. T

o pick out that prisoner, the prince began interviewing each of the men privately, asking, "Why are you here?" "I'm innocent, my lord!" cried one. "I've been framed!" pleaded another. Perjury, prejudice, injustice and oppression were reasons given by the convicts for their being in prison.

Only one man told a different story. "Your highness," he replied, "I deserve to be here and I have no complaint. In my time I have been a wicked, desperate murderer. It is a great mercy, both to society and to myself, that I am here."

"You wicked wretch!" the prince replied. "What a pity you should be confined among so many honest citizens. You admit yourself that you are evil enough to corrupt them all. I can't allow you to remain in their company another day. Guard! This is the man I wish released!"

Once you accept the reality, you are relieved, released; the prison exists no more. So don't try to be humble! Just know that ego arises. What can you do? You are not creating it. It is just like when a wave moves: in the wake another wave follows it upside-down -- that is the wake. It is natural.

When there arises a big mountain, a valley follows it. The valley is nothing but the mountain upside-down. It is part of it. When you move, in the wake your shadow, your valley, follows. You simply accept it!

Mountains are not crying tears that 'why do valleys exist?' And neither are waves worried. The very idea that you have to get rid of the ego is wrong. Drop that very idea! When ego arises, simply note the fact that the shadow is falling -- and remember not to get identified with it; remember that you are separate. This is enough.

And the true humbleness is born out of this realization. It is not an effort against the ego that brings humbleness. If you fight the ego, it can bring you a certain type of humbleness -- but then there will be another ego arising and that will be the ego of the humble person.

The pious ego: "I am the most humble person in the world. Nobody is humble in comparison to me. I am at the top." Again the ego has arisen. Ego will always arise whatsoever you do.

Doing brings ego. Ego is the shadow of action. And there is only one thing that is not doing and that is awareness, watchfulness. The only thing that is not part of the world of action is pure awareness.

No shadow is created by pure awareness. It is so pure that light can pass through it -- it is transparent and no shadow is created. Shadow is created by solid things. The more solid a thing is, the more shadow it creates. Your body creates a shadow; your mind also creates a shadow -- the ego is the shadow of the mind.

If you become more aware, if you simply watch the mind, its functioning, its mechanism, then you are moving beyond the mind. You become just pure awareness, transparent. Then there is no shadow. So just laugh at it. And if it tries to seduce you, have a good laugh! at your own absurdities. But don't become a warrior and don't start fighting with it."

An anthropologist proposed a game to children in an African tribe. He put a basket full of fruit near a tree and told the children that whoever got there first won the sweet fruits. When he told them to run, they all took each others hands and ran together, then sat together enjoying their treats.

When he asked them why they had run like that when one could have had all the fruits for himself, they said, 'UBUNTU, how can one of us be happy if all the other ones are sad?' The desire...

There is a beautiful story, a great parable in the Upanishads:

One of the great kings, Yayati, was dying. He was a hundred years old, ripe enough to die — one should be ready by that time — but not grown-up enough; the seed of renewing life was not yet burnt. So when death came, Yayati fell at the feet of Death — a great king, a great conqueror! — and he said to Death, “Spare me only one hundred years more. I don’t ask for more, just one hundred years more. And it is nothing for you, you can do it. All my desires are still unfulfilled because I had never thought about you. I was simply preparing and preparing. I have not enjoyed my life. Now that everything is ready — I have conquered the whole world, I have all the riches, the most beautiful women, the most intelligent and courageous sons, the best army in the world, everything is settled, all enemies killed — I was just thinking to relax and enjoy. Is this the time to come? All these hundred years have been spent simply in preparing for these moments. Spare me just one hundred years more so that I can live to my heart's content.”

Death laughed and said, “I am ready to spare one hundred years more to you, but I will have to take one of your sons because I have to go with somebody who resembles you; if not you, at least one of your sons. I can’t go empty-handed, I have to give the account to my boss himself. He will ask, ‘Where is Yayati?’ What am I going to say? Such a thing has never been done before, but I feel sorry for you. Just ask one of your sons.”

Yayati had a hundred sons; he must have had a hundred wives too. He asked his sons. The oldest was eighty, but he started looking downwards, was not ready to say yes. Why should he? He had lived only eighty years; if his father is not contented with a hundred years, how can he be contented with only eighty years? At least twenty years more he is entitled to live. In those days, the story says, people used to live a hundred years. Why should he die a premature death, an untimely death? And this old fellow has lived enough! He did not want to hurt the old man so he didn’t say anything, he kept quiet.

The father was very much shocked; he used to think that his sons were ready to sacrifice themselves. But in this world nobody is ready to sacrifice himself for anybody else. He looked around. His sons also started looking at each other, meaning “Why don’t YOU go?”

The youngest, who was only twenty years old, stood up and he said, “I am ready. Take me with you, I am coming with you.”

Even Death felt sorry for the boy. Death came close to the young man and said, “Are you a fool or something? Your other brothers — one is eighty, one is seventy-five, one is seventy, sixty, sixty-five, fifty — these people are not ready to go and you are the youngest, you have not lived at all. Why are you ready to go?”

The young man said, “If my father could not live in a hundred years, if my eldest brother could not live in eighty years, if my other brothers… nobody has been able to live, then the whole project is nonsense. I don’t want to waste time. If I have to die it is better to die now. Why wait for eighty years? If THESE people have not been able to manage, it is absolutely certain it is unmanageable. And let my father try a hundred years more.”

Death tried to convince him, but he wouldn’t listen. Death had to take him away.

After a hundred years, Death came back and the situation was the same. Again Yayati fell at his feet and started crying and weeping and he said, “I know that now I should be ready, but nothing is fulfilled yet; all the desires are the same. I have LIVED all the desires, I cannot say that I have not lived them, but nothing is fulfilled. I want more! Now that I have lived a hundred years a new desire has arisen — I want more! I want to live at least one time more, a hundred years more, just one time more.”

And this went on happening again and again. When Yayati became one thousand years old and Death came, he was just going to fall at his feet. Death said, “Wait — enough is enough! Can’t you see the point, Yayati? Are you so blind? You have lived one thousand years, and you have been doing the same things again and again. You have done nothing new in these one thousand years, and still you want more? Can’t you see the simple point that mind lives in the more, it goes on asking for more? There is no end to it. Now you come with me — I am not going to listen anymore. Now even my boss is feeling angry with me. He says, ‘This is too much! This man has been given too much time.’ But I also wanted to try — let us see what you can make out of one thousand years. You have not made any progress, you are exactly in the same place, going in circles.”

Prayer....

Jesus says if you go to the temple to pray and you remember that you have hurt somebody, insulted somebody, that you are angry at somebody or if you have angered somebody, first go and ask to be forgiven, only then come to pray; otherwise, you will not be able to relate with God. First go and apologize. First clear things.

It happened when Michelangelo was working in the Sistine Chapel... He was making a painting of Jesus. The painting was almost complete – just the last finishing touches – but he was finding those last finishing touches very difficult. Jesus was not coming out Jesus-like; something was missing in Jesus’ face – that softness, that feminineness was not there, that love quality was not there. He tried and tried for days, and then he remembered that he had quarreled with a friend and he was carrying it in himself.

And then he remembered the saying of Jesus, that if you go to pray and you are not feeling good about a friend or a brother, then first go and ask forgiveness. He rushed out of the chapel, went to the friend, asked his forgiveness and told the whole story. ’For days together I have been working, but I cannot bring out Jesus’ face as it should be. Something angry remains in it’ – because something was angry inside him.

If there is anger and hard feeling and you are going to paint, your hands will paint, your painting will represent you, your painting will basically reflect you. And the day he asked forgiveness and was forgiven, he came into a totally different mood. And just a few minutes’ work, and the painting was complete. And it is one of the most beautiful paintings of Jesus. Just a few strokes and the painting came alive and Jesus surfaced, because now Michelangelo’s heart was in tune.

When such experience happend we should be more open to the universe. I cannot copy any of my paintings. I tried sometime, but that never worked. I don't know the color theory or I know nothing, though all painitings just happened. Like I was just a medium and something passed through me. Like electric current passed through the bulb.

Everyone please forgive me for all my deeds, I am not seeing the faults, as everything is happening here. I will keep praying for everyone.....

The Song Unsung

The song that I came to sing remains unsung to this day.

I have spent my days in stringing and in unstringing my instrument.

The time has not come true, the words have not been rightly set;

only there is the agony of wishing in my heart.

Rabindranath Tagore

A friend came to see Rabindranath when he was about to die, just two days before his death. He said, ”Yours has been a very successful life. There is nothing to worry about or to regret now.” Both of them were friends since their childhood and now both of them were old. He said: ”You can die peacefully. I did not attain anything in this life, I have wasted it so I will not die peacefully. You have sung so many songs!”

Rabindranath has sung six thousand songs. No other poet in this world has sung so many songs. The poet Shelley is very famous in the West but his songs number about three thousand, while Rabindranath’s are six thousand, and all these six thousand songs can be put to music.

The old friend said, ”You were given the Nobel prize; honors have been showered on you, you can die peacefully. Of course I will die without peace but you can thank God while saying goodbye to the world.”

Rabindranath listened to what his friend was saying. Then he said, ”Well, I have not been able to sing the song which I wanted to sing, it is still within me like a seed. These six thousand songs are the unsuccessful efforts to sing that one song. I have tried many times to sing that one song which is in me like a seed but I have failed every time. You may have liked those songs but they are the stories of my failure. My song has not been sung yet. I have not sung it yet, and God has come to take me away. Just now I was tuning my instruments; with great difficulty I was able to tune my sitar. People thought I was singing. No, I was tuning my instruments. Now I have become mature enough, the instruments are ready, my spirit is ready, the moment of singing has come just now, but now it is time to go. Yes, I am complaining to God.”

Be aware...

Yesterday while driving, I recall one person and thought he is doing few things wrong. During that thought the car speed increased unconciously and realised that is not my need. Soon came back to normal speed.

Lot of time in a day, we drowned into thoughts, most of our acts are in sleep. Those might hurt others and ourselves too. Specially when we are in thought of not liking. It could be anything somone looks ugly, something we don't like, we start creating negative thoughts. That is changing the energy channel within us. Be aware every moment.

That doesn't matter what other person did or what happened to us. But when we think, 'that is wrong' - we are in negative zone.

We can find different ways to be aware, but most efficient way is breathe.

Life is.....

 

Life is universal phenomena, if somone defines life, then it becomes smaller. Though, the one who is exploring will fine new definition everyday.

Life found like a Costume Party, keep changing clothes, colors, fragrances.......The more you are loaded with gadgets you will be adorable. Person will be accepted with all these gadgets only.

But there is no point to oppose, create chaos and disturb the life. Just be with you, don't expect social attention, do all as mere formalities.

One lady is making lot of money by framing the baby bump and another one is working for few bucks during maternity to feed the baby.

WHAT IS EDUCATION?

Man is born as a seed. He is born as a potentiality. He is not born as an actuality. And this is very special, this is extraordinary, because in the whole of existence only man is born as a potentiality; every other animal is born actual.

A dog is born as a dog, he is to remain the same his whole life. The lion is born as a lion. Man is not born as a man, man is born only as a seed: he may become, he may not become. Man has a future; no other animal has a future. All animals are born instinctively perfect. Man is the only imperfect animal. Hence growth, evolution, is possible.

Education is a bridge between the potentiality and the actuality. Education is to help you to become that which you are only in a seed form. And this is what I am doing here; this is a place of education.

The thing that is being done in the ordinary schools and colleges and universities is not education. It only prepares you to get a good job, a good earning; it is not real education. It does not give you life. Maybe it can give you a better standard of living, but the better standard of living is not a better

standard of life; they are NOT synonymous.

The so-called education that goes on in the world prepares you only to earn bread. And Jesus says,

”Man cannot live by bread alone.” And that’s what your universities have been doing – they prepare you to earn bread in a better way, in an easier way, in a more comfortable way, with less effort, withless hardship.

But all that they do is prepare you to earn your bread and butter. It is a very, very primitive kind of education: it does not prepare you for life.

Hence you see so many robots walking around.

They are perfect as clerks, as stationmasters, as deputy collectors.

They are perfect, they are skillful, but if you look deep down in them they are just

beggars and nothing else.

They have not even tasted one bite of life. They have not known what life is, what love is, what light is.

They have not known anything of God, they have not tasted anything of existence, they don’t know how to sing and how to dance and how to celebrate.

They don’t know the grammar of life; they are utterly stupid.

Yes, they earn – they earn more than others, they are very skillful and they go on rising higher and higher on the ladder of success – but deep down they remain empty, poor.

Education is to give you inner richness.

It is not just to make you more informed; that is a very primitive idea of education.

I call it primitive because it is rooted in fear, rooted in that ”If I am not well educated I will not be able to survive. ” I call it primitive because deep down it is very violent: it teaches you competition, it makes you ambitious. It is nothing but a preparation for a cut-throat, competitive world where everybody is the enemy of everybody else.

Hence the world has become a madhouse.

Love cannot happen. How Can love happen in such a violent, ambitious, competitive world where everybody is at each other’s throat?

This is very primitive because it is based in the fear that ”If I am not well educated, well protected, highly informed, I may not be able to survive in the struggle of life. ” It takes life only as a struggle.

My vision of education is that life should not be taken as a struggle for survival; life should be taken as a celebration.

Life should not be only competition, life should be joy too. Singing and dancing

and poetry and music and painting, and all that is available in the world – education should prepare you to fall in tune with it – with the trees, with the birds, with the sky, with the sun and the moon.

And education should prepare you to be yourself. Right now it prepares you to be an imitator; it teaches you how to be like others. This is miseducation."

Antibiotic - a robo soldier

Antibiotic is most commonly used drug over the world. For most diseases antibiotic is the part of doctors' prescription.

Antibiotic is used to protect against some bacterial infection in the body. But it is like robo soldier, which is trained to kill moving objects. That cannot justify that is innocent or influencer. After taking antibiotics for a long time, we loose good bacteria in our body. Then lot of other issues start occuring in the body. Like body ache, head ache, stomach issuses, eye sight problems, joint pains, low immunity, gastro, indigestion etc.

Let us focus on one the general case studies.

Why we urban people are vitamin B12 deficient? Either vegetarian, non-vegetarial or vegan that doesn't mater, most urbanized people found B12 deficient.

There is a catch, We Humans can only absorb B12 in our small intestines. So bacteria present in the small intestine make whatever quantity of B12, We can only absorb that. And we can't absorb B12 made by large intestine bacteria. That's why human stool contains a lot of B12 and which is made in the large intestine but does not get absorbed at all.

Like we all know, when computer or mobile got hang. First we do restart and clean up useless data. Before going to the repair station we prefer to do home remedies.

Garbage Collector

What is someone gives us chocolate wrapper, or bin bag full of waste?

Generally we don't accept or we take it and throw it in the dustbin.

What if someone someone gives us some abusive words?

We collect them, frame them and keep them in heart over the life.

If we don't allow people to throw garbage in our home, then please don't allow them to dump garbage of gossips in mind. Just shut the doors of ears for such garbage. 

Fill the heart with joy

Please don't use the heart as garbage collector.

Meet the life

We generally visit the funeral. Most people take a leave or day off to pay respect and condolences. But what if someone living being call us and ask to meet, we are busy!

Why the flowers are for dead bodies? 

It's not about not to visit the funeral. But pay respect to the life. Visit to living being makes the life better. 

Look at the smiles when they get drive in the car. When you feel the car is old and time to change, please give ride to underprivileged. These are also lives, meet them, greet them, give them some privilege. 

Some time we rush behind helping underprivileged only, that is also not acceptable. People around us might seems wealthy and happy, but every life is seeking for warmth and love. No need to show mercy to anyone.

Mercy is something based on condition, we see poor and we become emotional and give them something. But I suggest be compassionate, it has nothing to do outside. That is person's being, always loving, sharing and caring to everyone and everything.

Life is free but very precious, live it before death.

The Oneness

Five years back, I noticed the number was frequently coming to me, 11:11. Out of curiosity I googled it, it was saying some goodness coming. That time I don't understand what that would be.

But that took time to practically understand, right understanding developed gradually. How to see the world, other people, the universe.

The whole universe is like human body and the human body is like the universe. The planetary system is like orgnans in whole cosmic body, same like we have different organs in human body. Each body organ has specific function to do, but collectively it is one body. There is not any high priority organ, each cell in the body has equal value. Like smallest amount of gas in the body will disturb the whole body. Like smallest expansion of the heart will disturb the whole body. Any little change in the formation of the body will disturb the body. 

So, as we have different organs which collectively form one human body. We all human beings and everything on earth are different organs which collectively form one planetary body - the Earth in the universe. Furthermore, all planets are organs which collectively create the universe. 

If heart wants to grow, the whole body organs has to grow respectively with body, otherwise it would be malfunction. Only one organ can't keep growing. So, when only one person grow in the society that is the malfunction. That is the cancer, which creates more pain for everyone. 

Heart is just a lable, in real it is a functioning to pump the blood, which is made out of the same cells like other body parts. If we give priority or value only to heart, it is kind of corruption. That will damage the whole body.

Same way, we cannot value or prioritize one person just because looking good or wealthy or spiritual or anything. If we do, it will damage the society, the corruption will begin. When we see, someone is respected by wealth, other people will do anything to get wealthy and respected. When we connect with only good looking people, other people will do anything to look good only. Now think, if all body organs will try to become heart as a valuable part of the body, what will happen?

Develop right understanding, develop the vision to see everything as the One. We will definitely see the corruption around and under that we protect ourselves to do corruption.

But the nature has it's own law, that never distiguish between anything. 

"What Goes Around Is What Comes Around".

Nature has it's own rules, but there are no rules for "How to live the life?". Everyone could have their own. But remember, if you are suffering from anything or life is not happy then change the path. Don't follow others path to create more pain. Each organ in the body is created to do something special, but it is collectively connected to all.

Even without understanding the oneness, without being spiritual or without being religious if you are enjoying the life in total, please drop all these ideas. After understading the oneness you will find the beauty of life, you will realise no moment should be missed to live. The ultimate goal of the life is to live totally with rememberance that you are just the existance.

You are free to live your life in your way, but remember if you hate anything you will be hated. If you curse something you will be cursed. If you think to give pain to other you will be in pain. Nature has no mercy, it will just return you. There is always possiblity our action might be resulted into hurting someone. But not to worry about that, things are not under our control. That is nature's design, we are placed to do that task. Also remember, before doing the task if the intetion is to hurt someone then it is dangerous. There is also possibility, we see the suffering without doing anything this moment. But accept that as natural - our action might be done so long before which we don't remember, be happy with that without curse or complain. No pain is permanent.

By writing this I am just trying to frame the fragrance in a box, which is not possible. Like, if I fill the air from garden in the box and send it to you, you won't get the fragrance by opening the box at home. Though, I am trying to point the finger towards the garden, if you will walk there are chances you will get fragrance. Please don't stick to any of the words from above, words are like eating cardboard, no juices no nutritions. Read them as you are reading the milestotes, "Delhi - 100 km". Milestone is just giving the information, it's not the Delhi.

Breathe.......

Whatsoever you are doing, keep your attention in the gap between the two breaths. But it must be practiced while in activity.

Do not practice it in isolation. This practice is to be done while you are doing something else. You are eating – go on eating and be attentive of the gap. You are walking – go on walking and be attentive of the gap.

You are going to sleep – lie down, let sleep come, but you go on being attentive of the gap. Why in activity?

Because activity distracts the mind, activity calls for your attention again and again. Do not be distracted, be fixed at the gap. And do not stop activity, let the activity continue.

What will happen? Your activity will become an acting, as if you are playing a part - as if in a drama. Your attention is centered in you; your activity continues on the circumference.

The Love Story

Most people read this setence, "Don't judge a book from it's cover". And hardly one to follow. When we get attracted with look and cover without looking at inside, we mostly get trapped. And, finally that creates suffering.

We cannot do love, but being loving is the only key to share love. Till someone is having hate or dislike for anything or anyone, the flower doesn't blossom.

There was a teacher named Anjali in a primary school. She was a class 5 teacher, she had a habit that she always used to say "I love you all" as soon as she came to the class.

But she knew she wasn't telling the truth.

She didn't love all the kids in the class the same.

There was a kid in class who didn't even like a torn eye. His name was Raju. Raju Mally comes to school in crushed situation. Her hair would have been damaged, shoes tied off, mail marks on shirt collar. Even during his studies, he had attention elsewhere.

When Madam scolded, he would have looked at her shocked, but from her empty eyes he could have seen clearly. That Raju is mentally missing despite being physically present in class i.e. (present body offsetmide). Slowly slowly madam started hating Raju. As soon as he entered the class, Raju Madam started to be criticized. All evil examples are done in the name of Raju. The kids laughed at him. And madam would have satisfied by insulting her.

Raju never responded to anything though.

Madam feels like a lifeless stone with no soul inside. In response to every scolding, satire and punishment he would just look at them with empty eyes with his emotions and bow his head. Madam had a serious hate for this now.

The first semester ended and the stage of making the progress report came, so madam wrote all these bad things in Raju's progress report. Progress report used to go to the head master before showing to parents. She called madam when she saw Raju's progress report. "Madam Pragati Report should also write something about Raju's progress. All the children at the farewell ceremony of class 5 brought beautiful gifts for madam and stacked on madam's table. These beautifully packaged gifts also included a badly packaged gift in an old newspaper. The kids were laughing at him. It didn't take long to know that Raju had brought this gift. Madam took out Raju's gift by hiding from this small mountain of gift. Opened it inside was a half used glass of a women's perfume and a large hard bracelet with most of the pearls shed. Miss quietly sprinkled this perfume on herself and wore a bracelet in her hand. Children were all surprised to see this scene. Raju himself too. Finally Raju could not stay away and came to Miss and stood up. .

After some time she stuck and said to madam "Today you smell like my mother. "Madam's eyes were filled with tears after hearing this and Madam hugged Raju by her neck

Raju was going to go to another school now

Raju had taken admission in school in second place

Time is starting to pass.

Day week,

Where does it take time to change week month and month to year?

But at the end of every year, Madam would have received a letter regularly from Raju which would have written that "this year met many new teachers." But there was no madam like you. "

Again Raju's studies ended and the series of letters ended. Many years ahead and madam retired.

One day I found Raju's letter in my mail at Madam's house which said:

“I have my wedding at the end of this month and I can’t imagine marriage without you. One more thing .. I have met a lot of people in my life.. There is no one like you......... Your doctor Raju

Along with the letter, the ticket of the plane was also present in the envelope.

Madam could never stop herself. She took permission from her husband and left for Raju's city. It was a bit late when she reached the wedding place on the wedding day.

They thought the ceremony was over.. But there was no limit to their surprise seeing that the city's big doctors, businessmen and even the Panditji who got married there were tired. Who is yet to come... But Raju stumbled towards the gate instead of the wedding pavilion in the function was waiting for him to arrive. Then everyone noticed that as soon as an old woman entered the gate, Raju turned towards her and grabbed the hand in which she was wearing a bracelet and took her straight to the stage.

Raju held the mic in his hand and said something like this "Friends, you all used to ask me about my mother and I promised you that I will meet you all soon ........

Look closely this is my lovely mother the best in the world this is my mother -

!! Dear friends.... Don't think of this beautiful story just because of teacher and student relationship. Look around you, many flowers like Raju are withering to whom your little attention, love and affection can give new life;!!!!

Meditation

Sitting in meditation position, is just to understand, that nothing will happen by sitting at one place physically for long time.

After sharing this thought, lot people agree, by just sitting at a place cannot do anything. But missing the word "physically". While sitting in temple we are running through whole market, office, home, friends..... That's why sitting at one place is not helping us. 

"But sitting at a place is the beginning of journey."

Let us try to understand other way, by going to the primary school one cannot be certified as an engineer or a doctor. Also all students going to the school are not getting the same. There, our teachers and parents teach us to focus on study to do better. The students, focus more on one subject they got good marks in it. But meditation and focus are two different things. Focusing on  one thing we can be master in it, but by understanding oneness of everything is meditation.

The student going to primary, learn 'A' stands for 'Apple', that is just symbolic.  Over the life person doesn't read like that 'A' for 'Apple'.  The adult person now recognize 'A'  and it is not only apple. But if we explain 'A' for 'Apple',  'A' for 'Aeroplane', 'A' for 'Awkward'..... that will be difficult for the child in primary. 

Same way sitting at a place is like 'A' for 'Apple' who is going to start the journey. Once person will pass through he will understand 'A' is not only 'Apple'. 

Now what is 'A' in the journey of meditation?

One has to explore by self, but just trying to share the blueprint. When we start sitting, our mind will start playing with us. It will show us there is lot of work pending, cannot sit like this for long time. But just try to recall, while we are doing our work, the same mind tell us "you did a lot,  you need a break". Is there a day in life when we didn't do anything? Is there a day in life when we have completed everything and nothing remaing to do? As we finish one, next is in queue, always. 

Even if we don't listen to mind and continue sitting, mind will play other tricks. That is also the experience of everyone. We get itching all of sudden on different parts of our body. That insist us to move the body. Though, if we sit wihout movement and focus on the area with pain it stop paining and start at some other place. By practicing to sit at a place without movement, one has to understand the impermanent nature of the things. This is 'A' for 'Apple'. Once the person understand everything is impermanent, primary education is done. 

Now one has to apply in life. Just remember the huge problem of the life, that moment we scattered, collapsed and felt that is the end. Remember the happiest moment of the life, we waited for long time, that passed too.  Here we have to understand the impermanent nature of everything.

After education, some 'A'  could be 'Astronaut', some 'A' could be 'Accountant'...... Presentaions may differ but 'A' will remain 'A'. That's why we can see Krishna is dancing, Buddhas are sharing in different way, Kabir is singing, Meera is praying. Just because here person cannot say what happen.

Remember this is just an information for readers, and information is not an experience. Remember this is just beginners information too, the ocean is too deep inside.

Nirvana....

Nirvana is state of mind.

The moment passed without complains or regressions, in that moment person taste the Niravana. Everyone taste this, there is no copy right of anyone special. 

The problem is the more we grow we keep filling ourself with greed, regressions and complains. Being a child there is no complains, that's why the growth of mind and body is on peak. Sometime we see child complain but in real it is not creating mental block for them, they forget and move ahead. That is also learned from parents, family and society. Over the time complains become nature, it will be constant complaining nature. That seems to natural, no one can identify.

- It's too cold this year.

- It's too hot this year.

- It's raining a lot this year or this year rain is not good.

- Blue looks good, but it should be little dark blue.

- Pink is good, but it should little light pink.

- He looks good but doesn't have clothing sense.

These are just few example on figer tips. We could not accept the things as it is. Even in our likes we keep finding dislikes.

This sudo nature of complain makes our life painful. Childhood is passed to grow adult. Adults are claiming the childhood days were beautiful.

Though there are some moments we forget the things and touch the apex of Niravana, the peace, the joy. But we never tasted and no one teach us what it is so we miss that.

Like we are travelling, if someone not inform us your destination arrived, we could miss it. Like from childhood we are taught, how money can help us to buy the things, so we keep collecting money.

Sameway, if someone can teach us about these moments, we can start collecting them too. 

Come out of anykind of complains. Remove all questions from life with 'Why'. Just accept as it is. If someone is doing corruption, if someone is not good. Just let them be as they are, they are accepted by the almight, who we are to be the judge for them.

Sameway, come out of all regressions. Things are happening here. We cannot do anything. If something happen good just accept that happen, show grattitude to the nature for it's beauty. If something happen which we feel bad, show grattitude to the mature for it's beauty.

Like we are going to office, car fail to start and we couldn't reach to office. We feel bad, but what if office building collapse that day? This second event is very near to first event so we will feel good. But sometime second event is far in future which we cannot connect and we keep complaining.

Ages ago when science was not developed, Pregnancy was the mystery. After male female mating, that took 6 months for baby bump. No one could imagine how that happened. 

So, just let the things happen. No need to change anything. Not even self, by following someone. Just accept the self and others too. Everything is natural. Just understand the oneness of the cosmos.

Keep collecting the Nirvana moments like money and be rich. There could be multiple ways ahead, but first start with this small change and doors will be opened automatically.
