Be aware...



Yesterday while driving, I recall one person and thought he is doing few things wrong. During that thought the car speed increased unconciously and realised that is not my need. Soon came back to normal speed.

Lot of time in a day, we drowned into thoughts, most of our acts are in sleep. Those might hurt others and ourselves too. Specially when we are in thought of not liking. It could be anything somone looks ugly, something we don't like, we start creating negative thoughts. That is changing the energy channel within us. Be aware every moment.

That doesn't matter what other person did or what happened to us. But when we think, 'that is wrong' - we are in negative zone.

We can find different ways to be aware, but most efficient way is breathe.
