Most people read this setence, "Don't judge a book from it's cover". And hardly one to follow. When we get attracted with look and cover without looking at inside, we mostly get trapped. And, finally that creates suffering.
We cannot do love, but being loving is the only key to share love. Till someone is having hate or dislike for anything or anyone, the flower doesn't blossom.
There was a teacher named Anjali in a primary school. She was a class 5 teacher, she had a habit that she always used to say "I love you all" as soon as she came to the class.
Sitting in meditation position, is just to understand, that nothing will happen by sitting at one place physically for long time.
After sharing this thought, lot people agree, by just sitting at a place cannot do anything. But missing the word "physically". While sitting in temple we are running through whole market, office, home, friends..... That's why sitting at one place is not helping us.
"But sitting at a place is the beginning of journey."
Let us try to understand other way, by going to the primary school one cannot be certified as an engineer or a doctor. Also all students going to the school are not getting the same. There, our teachers and parents teach us to focus on study to do better. The students, focus more on one subject they got good marks in it. But meditation and focus are two different things. Focusing on one thing we can be master in it, but by understanding oneness of everything is meditation.
The student going to primary, learn 'A' stands for 'Apple', that is just symbolic. Over the life person doesn't read like that 'A' for 'Apple'. The adult person now recognize 'A' and it is not only apple. But if we explain 'A' for 'Apple', 'A' for 'Aeroplane', 'A' for 'Awkward'..... that will be difficult for the child in primary.
Same way sitting at a place is like 'A' for 'Apple' who is going to start the journey. Once person will pass through he will understand 'A' is not only 'Apple'.
Now what is 'A' in the journey of meditation?
One has to explore by self, but just trying to share the blueprint. When we start sitting, our mind will start playing with us. It will show us there is lot of work pending, cannot sit like this for long time. But just try to recall, while we are doing our work, the same mind tell us "you did a lot, you need a break". Is there a day in life when we didn't do anything? Is there a day in life when we have completed everything and nothing remaing to do? As we finish one, next is in queue, always.
Even if we don't listen to mind and continue sitting, mind will play other tricks. That is also the experience of everyone. We get itching all of sudden on different parts of our body. That insist us to move the body. Though, if we sit wihout movement and focus on the area with pain it stop paining and start at some other place. By practicing to sit at a place without movement, one has to understand the impermanent nature of the things. This is 'A' for 'Apple'. Once the person understand everything is impermanent, primary education is done.
Now one has to apply in life. Just remember the huge problem of the life, that moment we scattered, collapsed and felt that is the end. Remember the happiest moment of the life, we waited for long time, that passed too. Here we have to understand the impermanent nature of everything.
After education, some 'A' could be 'Astronaut', some 'A' could be 'Accountant'...... Presentaions may differ but 'A' will remain 'A'. That's why we can see Krishna is dancing, Buddhas are sharing in different way, Kabir is singing, Meera is praying. Just because here person cannot say what happen.
Remember this is just an information for readers, and information is not an experience. Remember this is just beginners information too, the ocean is too deep inside.
Nirvana is state of mind.
The moment passed without complains or regressions, in that moment person taste the Niravana. Everyone taste this, there is no copy right of anyone special.
The problem is the more we grow we keep filling ourself with greed, regressions and complains. Being a child there is no complains, that's why the growth of mind and body is on peak. Sometime we see child complain but in real it is not creating mental block for them, they forget and move ahead. That is also learned from parents, family and society. Over the time complains become nature, it will be constant complaining nature. That seems to natural, no one can identify.
- It's too cold this year.
- It's too hot this year.
- It's raining a lot this year or this year rain is not good.
- Blue looks good, but it should be little dark blue.
- Pink is good, but it should little light pink.
- He looks good but doesn't have clothing sense.
These are just few example on figer tips. We could not accept the things as it is. Even in our likes we keep finding dislikes.
This sudo nature of complain makes our life painful. Childhood is passed to grow adult. Adults are claiming the childhood days were beautiful.
Though there are some moments we forget the things and touch the apex of Niravana, the peace, the joy. But we never tasted and no one teach us what it is so we miss that.
Like we are travelling, if someone not inform us your destination arrived, we could miss it. Like from childhood we are taught, how money can help us to buy the things, so we keep collecting money.
Sameway, if someone can teach us about these moments, we can start collecting them too.
Come out of anykind of complains. Remove all questions from life with 'Why'. Just accept as it is. If someone is doing corruption, if someone is not good. Just let them be as they are, they are accepted by the almight, who we are to be the judge for them.
Sameway, come out of all regressions. Things are happening here. We cannot do anything. If something happen good just accept that happen, show grattitude to the nature for it's beauty. If something happen which we feel bad, show grattitude to the mature for it's beauty.
Like we are going to office, car fail to start and we couldn't reach to office. We feel bad, but what if office building collapse that day? This second event is very near to first event so we will feel good. But sometime second event is far in future which we cannot connect and we keep complaining.
Ages ago when science was not developed, Pregnancy was the mystery. After male female mating, that took 6 months for baby bump. No one could imagine how that happened.
So, just let the things happen. No need to change anything. Not even self, by following someone. Just accept the self and others too. Everything is natural. Just understand the oneness of the cosmos.
Keep collecting the Nirvana moments like money and be rich. There could be multiple ways ahead, but first start with this small change and doors will be opened automatically.
